For over 15 years, Brushcom has been your partner for designing and producing car wash brush material for different car wash systems.
Standard brushes, customized brushes, a single brush or high-volume production? No problem! With many years of experience and all disciplines and raw materials in-house, we are happy to help! Amongst others, we produce car wash brushes for Dico, Holz, Christ, Schleicher, Peco, Washtec and Istobal machines.

Design
By using the newest 3D software, we can design and produce any desired car wash brush contour with the right shaft. In addition, we have a large database with both the "original" and improved brush contours for almost every brand and type of car wash system. Contact us for tailored advice.
Production
At Brushcom we produce and design in-house. With experienced professionals and extremely modern machinery, we can produce both small and large production series.
Quality checks are carried out during every production stage. In addition, an inspection of the finished product is performed before the products are assembled and / or packed.
Control
Inspection of car wash brush material is not mandatory. However, we do think it's necessary to check the quality of brush material periodically. Our team of experts is happy to visit you and give advise about the status of your material.
